Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our growing team. As a part of Ikhlas Insurance Group, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families secure the best health insurance options tailored to their needs. You will use your expertise to provide excellent customer service, educate clients, and match them with appropriate plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:

    • Engage with clients to understand their health insurance needs and financial goals.
    • Provide detailed information about available plans and answer questions regarding coverage, benefits, and costs.

  • Plan Recommendations:

    • Match clients with the most suitable health insurance plans based on their individual needs and preferences.
    • Ensure all recommendations align with compliance and ethical standards.

  • Sales & Enrollment:

    • Assist clients with the application and enrollment process for health insurance plans.
    • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and plan selections.

  • Community Engagement:

    • Represent Ikhlas Insurance Group at community events, seminars, and workshops.
    • Build relationships with clients and community members to foster trust and brand loyalty.

  • Compliance:

    • Stay updated on federal and state regulations regarding health insurance.
    • Ensure all activities comply with industry laws and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • License:

    • Active Health Insurance License required.
    • Additional licensing is a plus (e.g., Life Insurance).

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a health insurance agent (preferred but not required).
    • Familiarity with various health insurance plans, including ACA-compliant plans, Medicaid, and Medicare.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to explain complex insurance terms in a simple, relatable manner.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and online insurance portals is a plus.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Commitment to serving the community with integrity and professionalism.
    • Knowledge of Islamic principles and values is a bonus.
